Welcome to the Comfortable Living website. I am a private landlady with top quality student houses in the "Golden Triangle" area of Loughborough, just a short walk from campus and the town centre. My houses cater for 3, 4, 5 or 6 students each, all of them are equiped with first class facilities such as central heating, wireless broadband, flat screen TVs and dishwashers.
I let my houses directly rather than using an agent, you therefore deal with me personally. For this reason, I go to great lengths to ensure my properties are in excellent condition and that all of my tenants are happy.
I participate in the East Midlands Landlord Accreditation Scheme (EMLAS) which means that I am a safe and reliable choice for your student accommodation requirements.
The EMLAS logo is a sign that you have selected a landlord that has chosen to stand out as being a competent, professional person who is aware of, and will abide by, all laws and regulations concerning property letting. An EMLAS accredited landlord is required to complete professional development courses both on application to join the scheme and during their time as an accredited landlord.
